Evernote's SKITCH - Show Your Creativity

Evernote's extraordinary feature, SKITCH: a visual communication tool, is available for both Mac and Windows.

It is different from other video chat tools that have already been out and used by teachers and students. Teachers can view and share an image with their students via Skitch, and using various tools teachers can give a lecture and specific instrctions for their students.

Use more authentic pictures/images for our lessons.

While viewing a picture with a class, you can edit and draw marks on your picture. You can also edit some pictures that are relevant for your presentation topics. Encourage your students to be creative by showing your creativity first!

English may be the easiest language but at the same time be the hardest language to learn for those whose first language is not English. This picture is showing how complex and confused the language, English, is.

But here is one very important characteristic of learning English that we should remember. Watching movies in English, keeping a daily journal in English, and finding an English speaker to have a conversation in English are all important, but if our heart and mind are not ready to accept the whole culture of English speaking nature, it would be very hard and confused like in the statements in the picture above.

Before you begin to learn OR to teach English, make sure to have a very clear purpose or goal of doing so (either you learn English or teach English to the speakers of other languages).
